Global PropTech is the first and leading global innovation platform for the real estate and construction sector. Our platform focuses on developing insights, sharing knowledge between different countries, and matchmaking in order to create a future-proof industry.
Global PropTech exists out of three formats:
Global PropTech Leaders
A monthly online conference offering cutting edge PropTech insights. From behind their computer, real estate professionals from all over the globe can attend top-notch keynotes and interactive round tables.
Global PropTech Online
Exclusive events for corporate real estate leaders to share knowledge on how the real estate industry is being renewed through PropTech. Global PropTech Leaders events take place at the big real estate fairs such as EXPO REAL, MIPIM and PROVADA.
Global PropTech Channel
A ‘Netflix-like’ video streaming channel aiming to inspire global real estate professionals through content created at the Global PropTech Online and Global PropTech Leaders events. In this way, the ones that were not able to attend the online or physical events can access the content via the Global PropTech Channel at a later moment and consume the valuable talks of key PropTech leaders in the industry!
Global PropTech Leaders events
Whereas Global PropTech Online and Global PropTech Channel are completely online, Global PropTech Leaders events are physical events taking place at the big international real estate fairs such as EXPO REAL in Munich, MIPIM in Cannes, MIPIM PropTech in Paris and New York, and PROVADA in Amsterdam.
The goal of Global PropTech Leaders is to bring together C-level decision makers from different countries within the sector. The main objective is to learn form each other and share knowledge between countries about PropTech. Coen van Oostrom, Founder and CEO of EDGE Technologies, is one of the main boosters of the Global PropTech platform.

Global PropTech Leaders is build on a membership fee model. Each membership contains free entrance to all the Global PropTech events as well as an extensive interview in the new PropTech magazine Fire Starters published by PropertyEU.

The last three years Wouter Truffino spent a lot of his time attending all the big real estate and PropTech events in the world. Wouter believes that the large international real estate events such as the EXPO REAL, MIPIM and PROVADA will keep being a must-go to meet relevant people and create new business. However, many people are not able to go to all these events that take place all over the globe.
By not only offering Global PropTech Leaders, but also Global PropTech Online and Global PropTech Channel, participants are able to absorb a lot of new ideas and knowledge about innovation and new technologies from behind their computer whilst saving huge amounts of time, money and, maybe most importantly, CO2 emissions. Through our online presence, we can bring people together that would otherwise maybe never have come together!
The only way to do this is to go online. Together we will make this happen!
