KPMG to sign strategic partnership with Global PropTech

Amsterdam, 6 June 2019 – KPMG to sign strategic partnership with Global PropTech. KPMG has become a strategic partner of Global PropTech, the international innovation platform for the real estate and construction industry

Global PropTech’s mission is to connect innovative real estate and construction companies to best in class PropTech companies on a global scale. The aim is to accelerate cooperation between companies in the field of innovation and technology and to boost innovation in the construction and real estate industry. Global PropTech aims to achieve this by launching three formats. Firstly, through Global PropTech Online, a monthly online conference for members and partners in which innovative insights, products and services are shared. The second format is Global PropTech Leaders, a platform-based exclusive network at management level for innovative leaders in the real estate and construction industry. And thirdly, the Global PropTech Channel, a video streaming service to educate interested parties on innovation and PropTech and inspire them.

Optimizing processes

Global partnership

KPMG enters into partnership through its global organization. Andy Pyle, responsible for the UK real estate practice: “Through this partnership, KPMG is able to identify new concepts for its clients throughout the world and track down the best PropTech companies. After all, innovation relevant to the real estate and construction industry can happen anywhere in the world. In a digital world, collaboration and partner ecosystems are crucial for innovating the industry. ”

Earlier, Prologis (platinum partner), Disruptive Technologies, WeWork, Spaceti, and VTS (PropTech members) had already joined the Global PropTech platform.
